State Privacy Rights

This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.

Exercising Your Rights

Rights available include access — knowing what is held and why — correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, receiving a portable copy, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Where state law provides an appeal against a denied request, that is open to you too. Using these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about the service you receive.

Sale/Sharing

No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.

Personal Information Categories

The relevant categories are identifiers (IP, cookie identifiers, device identifiers), internet or network activity (page views, referrers and timestamps on budgetrove.com), and contact information limited to any email address you chose to provide. Sources: your device, plus analytics and advertising partners where engaged.

How to Get in Touch About This

Two routes. For an opt-out: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically. For anything else — access, correction, deletion, portability — email hello@budgetrove.com. Verification is by reply to the originating address, responses come within the time state law sets, and an authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
